There is no doubt about bringing solid individual instruction to our young athletes, and in pitching and hitting, where we need "focus" and "concentration" to understand the complicated pitching and hitting motions. Through video analysis we are able to piece the delivery together for the student and help distinguish flaws from correct positions throughout the delivery. Players can also get maximum repetition which is an essential part of the muscle memory training we need to become great baseball players.
Individual instruction is the absolute best program for learning the art of pitching. It is also an important tool in development of our young baseball players in making the game easier for them by learning the fundamentals of pitching, hitting, and defense. We might ask, "What do you mean by teaching fundamentals.?"
In baseball if we are pitching, hitting, or fielding, there are standards or benchmarks that the young player must grasp before he or she attempts to throw, pitch, hit or play defense.

As the player progresses, gets older, and learns and understands these standards or benchmarks he or she must continue to process new information, new ideas, and gain strength and speed when utilizing good baseball mechanics, and simply begin the repetition process of each segment of the game. All personal instruction is with Dave Adam. Times must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday. All lessons are 45 minutes long and up to 1.5 hours and will focus on pitching and fielding.
